  • Daily rates

  • Monday to Friday
    8am to 6pm
    £5.00 per hour
  • Before 8am and after 6pm
    £5.50 per hour
  • For those eligible for free early education spaces, I can offer 15 hours per week, as well as the extended 15 hours for those entitled to 30 hours funded childcare. Although I’m open all year, I tend to offer this funding over 38 weeks a year (term time). These hours can be shared between early years’ educators and applies to all 3 and 4 year olds and some 2 year olds. Please ask for more details.

  • Sickness and non-attendance

  • If your child is sick, or does not attend for any reason, the full fee will be charged for the normal hours agreed. If this causes you any problems, please discuss it with me.

  • Holidays

  • I will take four weeks leave, per calendar year, and I will take these during the school holidays. If I need to take further leave I will discuss this with parents. I will not charge for my holidays.
    For children attending during school term time, there will be no charge for school holidays but if your child takes holiday during term time normal fees will be due.
    For children attending all year, parents are asked to give four weeks notice of holidays and half fees will be charged.

  • Payment

  • On accepting a place parents will be asked to pay one week’s fees as a deposit, to hold the place. This will be deducted fro m the first month’s fees on take up but is non-refundable if the place is cancelled by the parents
    Fees are paid monthly in advance, although other arrangements can be made.
    Parents must give four weeks notice if their child is to leave. I will also give four weeks notice if for any reason the placement cannot continue.
